KARACHI: Chief Justice (CJ) Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Mushir Alam on Wednesday took notice of the unfortunate incident of fire in a local garments factory.
The CJ issued notices to the federal industries secretary, attorney general, advocate general Sindh, inspector general police (IGP) Sindh, Sindh secretary labour department, municipal commissioner, factory owner and other relevant authorities for submitting a report in this regard. Sources disclosed that CJ has issued strict directions to the authorities, especially IGP Sindh, municipal commissioner, Sindh labour department and factory owner for submitting a report over the incident. – Dailytimes
