Urging the officers to maintain their focus on professional pursuits, the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee emphasized that excellence in the training is the key to operational preparedness.It is the leadership, which has emerged as the decisive factor in such environment and you must lead by personal example, he stressed.Appreciating the good standard of training, Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee said that Command and Staff College, Quetta is the oldest and one of finest institution of military learning.
