KP to set up Carpet Nagar to promote carpet business

PESHAWAR: In light of vast business of carpet in the Khyber Pukhtunkhwa a Carpet Nagar will be set up in the province. The Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Minister for Information, Culture and IPC, Mian Iftikhar Hussain site for the proposed Carpet Nagar has been identified in Nisatta, district Charsadda. He said funds for the same would be released soon as it was in the interest for the promotion of this sector in the province. Talking to a delegation of All Pakistan Commercial Exporters Association led by Mamoor Khan he said the provincial government would support the economic activities and the business community in this regard would be given full support.
