PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court Administration has sent the details about the proceedings of the cases pending in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC), to Supreme Court here on Friday.
As per details, Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan sought detail report of the cases pending in ATC in the province, disposed off cases, kind of sentences, appeals in High court and Supreme Court.
Sources told that Anti Terrorism courts in Mardan, Peshawar and other areas had dispatched the details about the pending cases in the courts to Peshawar high court. – Onlinenews
