QUETTA, Dec 28: An anti-corruption court sentenced a former post master on Tuesday to 22 years in prison for embezzling over Rs23.5 million from Baitul Maal. Judge Munir Ahmed Marri also imposed Rs2.08 million fine on Mr Gulab Khan.
Having received complaints about forgery and drawing huge funds by using fake documents, the Federal Investigation Agency arrested Mr Gulab Khan when he was posted at Dhadar post office. FIA`s assistant director Sultan Khan Afridi appeared before the court as prosecutor. – Dawn
