ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik Sunday paid a surprise visit to the National Crises Management Cell (NCMC) to inspect its monitoring control room during Muharram-ul-Haram.Talking to media, the minister said his visit aimed at further strengthening security arrangements for Muharram.Malik said there was not any rifts between Sunni and Shia sect, however, he made a clear mention of enemies of Islam and the state, who carried out terrorists acts.“I appeal to the masses of Pakistan, lets promote harmony. We should not do anything which hurts others,” he said.Rehman Malik appreciated Khyber Pukhtunkhwa police for capturing a heavy amount of high intensity explosive.
