LHC rejects petition of reopening late Z. A. Bhutto case

LAHORE : A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected a petition seeking reopening of the case of founding leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party, late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.Petition of the Ghazi Alamdin advocate stated that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case should be reopened because his death sentence was awarded due to flawed judicial verdict.However, the Court discarded the petition on the ground that applicant was not among the affected party adding that inheritor can submit such petition – Sananews
