PTF Adhoc body to hold free/fair elections within 90 days

KARACHI:Federal Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination, Pir Aftab Hussain Shah Jilani has said that as a Chairman Adhoc Committee Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) they will be holding free and fair elections within stipulated time period.“ We will fulfill our obligations as per the PTF constitution and Federal Sports Ministry’s policy and hold elections where required,” he told the media at PSB Coaching Centre here on Monday alongwith Secretary Adhoc committee Munir Pirzada.He said all the parameter will be taken into consideration while holding the fresh elections for the four year term.Pir Aftab lauded the contribution of former President PTF Senator Dilawar Abbas but said he had completed two terms of four years and no more eligible for eligible for elections.
Former Federal Minister for Sports Pir Aftab Shah said the whole nation was delighted with the accomplishments of Aisamul Haq Qureshi, who reached the men’s doubles and mixed doubles of US Open Tennis.He said they will be advising Pakistan Sports Board and Sports Ministry to provide maximum financial assistance for Aisam to play in different international events across the world and bring glory and honor to the country – App
