LUCKNOW: The Sultanpur police on Friday lodged a case of rape, illegal detention and issuing threat against sitting Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA from Sultanpur’s Cantonment assembly constituency Anoop Sanda. The FIR was lodged on the basis of a complaint filed by an owner of a local beauty parlour Amreen (name changed).
Incidentally, in May the same beauty parlour owner triggered off a sleazy controversy by publicly claiming to be the MLA’s wife – Timesofindia
