Minister urged Qesco to end load shedding

QUETTA: Balochistan Minister for Excise and Taxation Mir Muhammad Ameen Umrani has urged the Quetta Electric Supply Company to end power load shedding.In a statement issued here on Monday, he said people were suffering due to prolonged power load shedding. He said acute drinking water paucity had been reported from many districts of the province thanks to electricity load shedding as tube-well could not be operated.He urged the Qesco to launch security measures for protection of high transmission lines and power pylons. – Thenews
