Rs 700 million Lea Market flyover on the cards

Karachi: To ease traffic congestion in downtown area of Lea Market a flyover would be constructed soon with a cost of Rs 700 million. Administrator Lyari Town Muhammad Raisi, giving a presentation to MPA Dr Saleem Hingoro on special development package of Lyari, said this. He said the present government is taking keen interest in development of Lyari and Rs 800 million are tagged for improving sewerage system and Rs 324 million for roads and streets. He said the federal government would provide funds for more uplift schemes in the town.
