Fehmida, Kundi condemn journalist’s abduction

ISLAMABAD, Sep 5 (APP): Speaker National Assembly Dr.Fehmida Mirza and Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi have strongly condemned the incident of abduction and torture of Ummer Cheema, a senior journalist and had asked the government for inquiry into the incident.Fehmida and Kundi denouncing the incident said that it was an attack on the freedom of expression which has been protected under the constitution both leaders termed the physical torture on the senior reporter during illegal capacity highly deplorable and necessitate thorough inquiry.They also expressed sympathies with Ummer Cheema – App
