Pakistan Cricket Board Tuesday announced the schedule of matches during the Kenya cricket team’s tour to Pakistan due next month.

The PCB said that Kenyans will arrive in Pakistan on December 11 and it will play five one-day international matches. These ODIs will all be played at Qaddafi Stadium, Lahore on Dec. 13, 15, 16, 18 and 20.

The visit by Kenyan team is seen important as it could pave the way for revival of international cricket in Pakistan since March 2009 attack on Sri Lankan team in Lahore. Last month, PCB chief Shaharyar Khan said that tours from second-tier and smaller teams could help revive domestic cricket hit by the fear of terrorist attacks. – Samaa
