Militants from an outlawed group are planning to carry out attack on Bilawal Bhutto, said a letter issued by the Sindh Home Ministry to Rangers and police chiefs.
According to sources, the ministry has directed DG Rangers and IG police to take ‘effective’ security measures for Bilawal, the only son of former president Asif Ali Zardari and PPP’s slain chairperson Benazir Bhutto.
