MQM to Protest in Karachi today

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will hold protest demonstrations today (Thursday) in Karachi against alleged custodial killings of its workers. The protests will be held at Karachi Press Club and various other points in the city. “Our workers are being taken away by plainclothesmen and killed extra-judicially,” MQM’s Hyder Abbas Rizwi claimed at a press conference on Tuesday. He said the party workers will hold country-wide protest on Friday. – SAMAA
