Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has announced of launching official blockade of the NATO supply on behalf of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
Imran Khan paid condolence visit to PTI leader Abdul Aleem to express grief over his mother’s demise in Lahore on Tuesday. The PTI chief said while talking to media on the occasion, “We are maintaining and trying to fulfill our promises, made to the public, but they are criticizing us, instead of upholding their own promises,” “We have not forgot our promises as elimination of the corruption and restoring the peace is our top priority,”.
“The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has mailed a letter to the federation and told that the Peshawar High Court had issued orders for stoppage of missile attacks,” he added. He cleared his position over the announced halt of NATO supply on the occasion, saying it is being blocked to put off risk of torching any container during the ongoing campaign. Replying to a question about Federal Information Minister Parvez Rasheed’s allegations, the PTI chief asked what reply he should give to this irrational statement. -SAMAA
