Fire brigade struggling for two hours finally managed to douse the fire that had broken out suddenly early in the morning in a chemical warehouse in factory area here.
On information from the local people, rescue teams arriving at the scene managed to put off the fire after two hours of struggle, however, a part of the godown roof had meanwhile caved in, but no loss of life occurred. Rescue sources attributed the fire to short circuit. –thenews
