QUETTA: Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) leader, Mian Shahbaz Sharif Sunday said the party chief Mian Nawaz Sharif would decide name of Leader of the House in the Balochistan Assembly.
He was talking with journalists after his meetings with parliamentary group of PML-N, Mehmookd Khan Achakzai, the chief of Pakhtoon nationalist party Pakhtoonkhawa Milli Awami Party and the Baloch nationalist party National Party leaders including the president Dr. Abdul Malik, the secretary general Mir Tahir Bezinjo and the senior vice president Mir Hasil Bezinjo, here. “We have consulted with allies parties including PkMAP, NP and parliamentary group of our own party the matters pertaining to formation of next Balochistan government and all of them reached consensus that PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif would decide the Leader of the House in the Balochistan Assembly,” he said.
In reply to a question, he said that meeting between PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Ashfaq Pervez Kyani held in a pleasant environment and issues pertaining terrorism and national security came under the discussion.He said that the PML-N led federal government would form a small size cabinet instead 60-members large size cabinet and would launch solid measures toresolve years-long issues of power load shedding, unemployment, agriculture,water scarcity and others.
“We would ensure end to power outages and strengthen communication and agriculture sectors to boost-up national economy,” Shahbaz said.He said that PML-N has become largest political party of the country after results of general elections 2013 and it would promote national harmony among allpolitical parties for smooth flourishing of democracy.He said that dialogues between PML-N and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazlregarding the inclusion of JUI-F in the federal government were underway addingthat however, the three parties including PML-N, PkMAP and NP would jointly takedecision whether JUI-F be invited to become partner of coalition government of Balochistan.
