KARACHI: Police and Rangers held several suspects during raids conducted in different parts of the city, Geo News reported Thursday.
According to police, 12 suspects were arrested during a search operation in Shah Rasool Colony of Clifton. The police said that different weapons and motorcycles were also recovered from the possession of the suspects.
A senior police officer said that operation was carried out against those having criminal records. Earlier, At least 29 suspects, including an activist of a banned outfit were held in a joint operation conducted by police and the Rangers in Manghopir area of the metropolis. Six weapons were also recovered during the operation. – TheNews
