ISLAMABAD: As many as 15 bills are likely to be tabled for approval in 46th session of National Assembly (NA) commencing from Friday.
President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned NA session on Friday. NA secretariat sources said that session could continue till October, 24 and continuation of session would hinge on attendance of legislators.The bills which are to be presented include Gwadar Port Authority Bill-2012, Professional Motor Vehicles Amendment Bill-2012, Property Danish Organization for Pakistan-2012, Central Law amendment bill 2010, Pakistan academy of Senators Bill-2012 have been kept ready for approval from NA.
Criminal law amendment Bill-2011, Legal Practitioners and Bar Council amendment Bill-2011, Criminal law procedure amendment bill 2009, civil servants amendment Bill-2009 and national commission for human development Bill 2009 will be tabled in next session for approval.Opposition will raise voice on hike in prices of petroleum products and gas and electricity load shedding. The matters including implementation on NRO verdict case and care taker set up will also come under discussion. – PT
