The minister also announced to award PPM for Sub-Inspector Sher Ali who recovered explosive material and arrested two persons who were trying to transport it into the city in two cars. Various terror groups had planned to converge here for subversive activity but this bid was foiled due to efficiency of the Islamabad Police.
