Aerial monitoring to ensure law, order in metroplois- Rehman Malik

Federal Interior Minister, Rehman Malik said an aerial monitoring cell has been established in the National Crisis Management Cell here to monitor the situation in Karachi.He was talking to media after visiting the aerial monitoring unit set up at National Crisis Management Cell here on Saturday.Earlier, the Interior Minister visited the aerial monitoring unit and was briefed about its operations.Talking to media, he said the aerial monitoring of Karachi would be carried out by dividing the metropolis in 10 different zones.He said strict action would be taken in the city against the elements involved in extortion without any discrimination.
He said all political parties in the city have also agreed to take action against the “Bhatta Mafia”.
Rehman Malik also appealed to the masses to cooperate with the government and if they got any information about elements involved in extortion, immediately inform the concerned authorities in this regard.
He added that a contact number would also be provided soon for collecting information from the people about “Bhatta Mafia”. – App
