LAHORE: Students from Punjab University’s (PU) Department of Electrical Engineering excelled in the “Guru of Sciences” contest held at the Government College University (GCU).Syed Omer Saleh and Syed Hasan Gilani won the first position in “Best Idea” competition.
A team comprising Muhammad Azeem Javed and Mahzaib bagged the second position in “Circuit Design” while another team comprising Hasan Shahid and Mahzaib got second position in “Speed Wiring” competition.Department Lecturer Umar Farooq supervised the students in the contest. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran congratulated Principal Prof Dr Javed Ahmad, Chairman Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad, Umar Farooq and the students on the achievement. – Dailytimes
