SC issues notice to Rana Sanaullah

The SC has called provincial minister Rana Sanaullah to court on the writ petition of Dr Baber Awan.In this regard, special summons has also been issued in the name of the accused.Baber Awan had filed a writ petition, praying that Rana Sanaulla should be tried as he had declared him liable to be killed.Baber claimed that if he or his family members are confronted with loss of life or property, Rana Sanaullah would be declared responsible for that.Justice Javed Iqbal heard the preliminary arguments of Dr Baber in the chamber and issued notice to Rana Sana to appear on July7.Next hearing would also be in the chamber. – Dunyanews
