Ch.Shujaat meets PM, assures his party’s full support

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Monday said that the government would continue to develop political reconciliation on all national issues.The 3rd phase of devolution under eh 18th Amendment, he mentioned would be completed till June 30, 2011 for which a special cabinet meeting would be held here on Tuesday to work out the details.The Prime Minister was talking to Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, President PML (Q) who met him at Prime Minister’s House.The Prime Minister said the passage of the recent budget reflected confidence of the representatives of the people in the economic policies of the government.The economic reforms introduced, he said, brought about economic stability leading to political stability of the government.  The government would share its future course of socio-economic policies with its coalition partners and would procure their inputs to improve upon the same, the Prime Minister added.Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain congratulated the Prime Minister on success in Azad Jammu and Kashmir polls and assured his party’s complete support in future political and economic policies. – APP
