The accounts of all accused have been frozen and red warrants of Qasim Dada have been issued.A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heard the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) corruption case. Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Additional Director Zafar Qureshi presented the investigation report in the court. According to the report, Moonis did not cooperate with the investigation team and claimed that he had no links with Habihullah. Moonis also claimed that he received the money in 2010 of his sugar mill which he had sold in 2005.Counsel for Moonis told the court that Zafar Qureshi was biased against his client, therefore, the court should take action against him.
