Steps have been taken to get cheap residences for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Khursheed Shah said that draw system for pilgrims had been ended and first-come-first-get rule would be applied for finalising the names of intending Hajis.Talking to the media after meeting with tour operators in Lahore, Khursheed said that Hajj expenses would be curtailed up to 800 to 900 riyals this year. He said that cheap tickets would be obtained from PIA after depositing the money in banks.He said that one doctor and two paramedical staff members would accompany 200 pilgrims. He said that steps have been taken to get cheap residences for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. Hajj application will be received untill April 30. – Dunyanews
