President contacts political leaders for round-table

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari spent a busy day on Tuesday, telephoning leaders of different political parties to consult them on holding a round-table of political parties represented in the Parliament.Spokesperson to the President Farhatullah Babar said that the leaders thus far contacted by the President include Maulana Fazalur Rahman, Asfandyar Wali, Altaf Hussain, Pir Pagara, Aftab Sherpao, Ch. Pervez Elahi and Farooq Sattar.The President is expected to talk with more political leaders also on Tuesday night.
