ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has promulgated Supreme Court Judges (Leave, Pension and Privileges) (Amendment) Order, 2010.Following is the text of the order:President’s Order No. 1 OF 2011 an Order further to amend the Supreme Court Judges (Leave, Pension and Privileges)Order, 1997.WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Supreme Court Judges (Leave,Pension and Privileges) Order, 1997 (P.O.No 2 of 1997), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-1.    Short title and commencement- (1) This Order may be called the Supreme Court Judges (Leave, Pension and Privileges) (Amendment) Order, 2010.(2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on and from the 1st day of July, 2010.2.    Amendment of paragraph 24, P.O. NO.2 of 1997. – In the Supreme Court Judges (Leave, Pension and Privileges) Order 1997, in paragraph 24, after the figure ‘21’, the words and figure” or medical allowance admissible under paragraph 19” shall be inserted – APP
