Punjab Chief Minister arriving China

BEIJING: The Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif is arriving here on January 17 at the invitation of International Department of Communist Party of China (CPC). Beside staying in Beijing for three days, the Chief Minister of Punjab will also travel to the three Gorges Dam, China’s largest hydro power generating unit. He will also visit Guangzhou and meet with top Chinese entrepreneurs  to attract them for investment and joint ventures in various areas of economy.It may be noted that during Premier Wen Jiabao just concluded visit  to Pakistan, he at a meeting invited the Punjab Chief Minister to visit China – App
