PESHAWAR: Peshawar city has been sealed due to anticipating intimidations of violence activities during the holy month of Moharram-ul-Haram where Frontier Constabulary (FC) and Frontier Police has started flag march in the city.It has been told in the reports received from law and enforcement agencies that incidents may happen in districts of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa declared as most sensitive. Incidents of suicide bombings in Mamond Agency are part of these threats whereas six other districts are also in this series. This is why the provincial headquarter Peshawar is also sealed on security point of view.In this context, security of the city is tightly under surveillance, main routes are blocked with barricades whereas the other strict measures are taken to ensure foolproof security of the internal city. Additional troops are deputed on the routes of Azadari processions and Imambargahs.On the other hand, special programmes of Muharram-ul-Haram have started in different Imambargahs and surveillance of figures included in Schedule Fourth List has been commenced. Such personnel are asked not to visit anywhere without the prior permission of authorities. A ban is put on the entry of Afghan refugees, as well as on the use of loudspeaker – Onlinenews
