The Sub-Committee of the Constitution Reforms Committee has finalized draft of the 19th Constitutional amendment bill to review the 175-A, aimed at the appointment of judges’ in the higher judiciary.The CRC sub-committee meeting was held at Parliament House and it was presided over by Committee Chairman Mian Raza Rubbani here on Tuesday.The sources said that for the submission of report in parliament the committee analyzed the draft of 19th Constitution Amendment and finalized the draft it after reviewing it.The sub-committee would submit the draft of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution Reforms Committee, which would be tabled before the parliament afterward.The amendment in the Constitution would be made on the basis of two thirds majority of the Senate and National Assembly.The Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional Reforms has finalized a draft of the 19th Constitution Amendment Bill, on the proposals sent by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 18th Amendment interim order.The Supreme Court had asked the Parliament to review Article 175-A, which is aimed at the appointment of judges in the higher judiciary – Sananews
