Jacobabad to have IT varsity: PM Gilani

SUKKUR: Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani has announced establishing a university of Information Technology in Jacobabad district of Balochistan.Addressing a big public meeting in connection with the 44th founding day ceremony of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) here on Tuesday, he said that government wants to promote Information Technology in the country.“The University in Jacobabad district will not only benefit the people of Balochistan but the people of Sindh as well because the district lies on the edge of both the provinces,” the Prime Minister said
