Eid arrangements reviewed

Administrator Jamshed Town Aqeel Tazeem Naqvi said the town administration would ensure cleanliness, including active removal of offals of sacrificial animals in the town on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. He said this during visits to different union councils in the town to review the Eid arrangements, said a statement issued on Sunday. He also sought the cooperation of the town residents and said the offals be disposed off on notified places and the town staff be also informed about it. He said the blood of the sacrificial animals be immediately removed and place of slaughtering of the sacrificial animals be also properly washed. He also informed that seven places for collective slaughtering of sacrificial animals have been established by the town at Aga Khan Park UC-11, Mehmood Ghaznavi Ground block-2, PECHS, Shuhada Ground UC-10, Grammar Ground near 602 workshop, Green belt block-6 PECHS, TNT office park and Usmania Park UC-10, in the town. Four places for collection of offal have also been set up by the Town administration at different areas. TO Infrastructure, Shahid Asharaf Chaudhry, DTO Aneem Rehman and other officials concerned were also present on the occasion. – Dailytimes
