Pakistan’s envoy in Turkey presents $ 1.838 million cheque to PM for flood victims

ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (APP): Ambassador of Pakistan to Turkey, Tariq Aziz ud Din called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani here on Tuesday to present a cheque for US $ 1.838 million raised by the embassy and donation from the Pakistani community and people of Turkey, towards Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund.The Prime Minister lauded the role of Pakistan Ambassador and Pakistani Embassy at Ankara for their highly commendable campaign for the noble cause of mobilizing relief assistance for the flood victims.He hoped that other Pakistani Diplomatic Missions abroad would also work with the same zeal and dedication.The Ambassador also availed the occasion to apprise the Prime Minister of the latest developments in Pakistan-Turkey bilateral relations and about Turkish Prime Minister’s forthcoming visit to Pakistan – App
