Civil Court reinstate stay order against meeting

LAHORE, Sept 21 (APP)- A civil court has reinstated the stay against the unconstitutional special general body meeting called by Nazar Muhammad Gondal, President Pakistan Badminton Federation on August 9.Civil Judge Najia Batool ordered Pakistan Sports Board and Pakistan Olympic Association to present authentic & existing copy of the constitution of Pakistan Badminton Federation on September 25. In the last date of hearing on September 16, the attorney of Aamer Hayat Khan Rokhri, Secretary PBF, Safdar Shaheen Peerzada was busy in the high court and before his appearance in the court the solicitor of Nazar Muhammad Gondal presented the old & non existing constitution of PBF in the court and got the new date of hearing (Sept 21) with the non-extension of the stay till Sept 21 – APP
