KARACHI: Pakistan snooker circuit’s third National Ranking Snooker Championship will be held at Amir Bakhsh Billiards Hall of Karachi Club from September 28 to October 3, Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) said on Monday. Country’s top 16 cuemen will be featuring in the six-day competition carrying Rs 105,000 in prize money.
Star cueist Muhammad Sajjad, who performed creditably at the international level this year will again be firm favorites to take the title and cash prize of Rs50,000. Sajjad finished runner-up in 26th Asian Snooker Championship in Thailand won the Korat Snooker as the wild card entry. – App
