Senior Hurriyat Conference chief Syed Ali Shah Geelani has created a notice that was `secret’ to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, regional reviews stated on Wednesday, leaving speculation if the hardliner has provided Islamabad a means from the difficulty in discussions with India.

“We paid Geelani sahab’s notice for PM Sharif in the Pakistan High Percentage in New Delhi towards the authorities, representative for that Hurriyat Conference, ”Ayaz Akbar, stated on Wednesday in a record.
