SYDNEY: Tobacco companies in Australia will be forced to strip all logos from their cigarette packages and replace them with graphic images of cancer-riddled, rotted mouths and sickly children under newly unveiled legislation.The government says the measure will make Australia the world’s toughest country on tobacco advertising.The legislation unveiled Thursday bans tobacco companies from printing their logos, promotional text or colorful images on cigarette packs.Health Minister Nicola Roxon says the new packages strip away any glamour associated with smoking.The tobacco industry is threatening legal action. – Yahoonews
