Pak consulate official meets Geelani

SRINAGAR: The deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi met Hurriyat (G) chairman, Syed Ali Shah Geelani and discussed various issues including the prevailing situation in the Valley.Pertinently, Geelani left for Delhi to participate in a seminar on Kashmir. Hurriyat spokesman said the deputy High Commissioner, Syed Zulfikar Darbadi met Geelani at his house at Malviya Nagar.Geelani told him that it was high time for Pakistan to expedite the diplomatic efforts to resolve Kashmir.Geelani also apprised him about the situation in the Valley in past four months. He also expressed sympathies over the loss of lives due to flash floods in Pakistan. – Sananews
