NEW DELHI: A day after a septuagenarian writer was found murdered in his house at Hari Nagar here on Saturday, the police are veering around to the view that it could be a case of personal enmity.
“The post-mortem report indicates that the writer was hit on the head with a heavy object leading to his death. The possibility of the writer being bludgeoned to death during robbery seems remote. All the belongings of the deceased reported missing are not very significant. The motive does not appear to be robbery. It could be a case of personal enmity,” said a senior police officer.
