They’re set to marry this weekend, so it comes as little surprise that Kim Kardashian and her rapper beau Kanye West are busy running errands ahead of their big day. The gorgeous pair were pictured heading to upmarket designer boutique, Maison Martin Margiela in Paris on Wednesday – and the loved-up duo made sure to match their outfits for the jaunt.
Kim Kardashian 33, wore a cleavage-enhancing strapless dress in camel which showed off her recently slimmed down figure. The sexy dress was off-set with a contrasting black coat which she hung from her shoulders. Giving herself some precious inches, she teamed her look with dusky pink court shoes. Her fiancé co-ordinated well with his wife-to-be wearing a camel-coloured coat in the exact same hue as her suede dress. Sporting a far more casual look than Kim, Kanye wore a leather shirt tucked into slim-fit stonewash jeans and a fresh pair of Stan Smith Adidas trainers. Meanwhile, several Valentino clothes bags were seen being delivered to the couple’s Parisian hotel – sparking further speculation as to who might be dressing the couple on their big day. With the big day so close by, it’s understandable that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are doing all they can to look their best.
Earlier in the day, the pair kept their fresh faces hidden as they stepped out of Paris’ L’Usine Gym. Kanye once again covered up with a red bandana while Kim simply used a pair of black sunglasses to shield herself. The reality star kept her famous derriere underwraps as she showed off her toned pins in a pair of cropped black leggings. She wore a long black top and a turtle neck zipped jacket for the gym session and held her mobile phone in her hand in case of any last minute details that may need approving. Meanwhile Kanye wore a green parka jacket over his similar all-black attire. An official from the mayor’s office confirmed that the pair will celebrate their wedding in Florence on May 24 but the guest list will vastly differ from Kim Kardashian 2011 TV nuptials to Kris Humphries.
Kim ye have snubbed many celebrities who attended her last wedding as they have failed to invite American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, who produces E! show Keeping Up With the Kardashians Also off the list is troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria, singers Demi Lovato and Avril Lavigne, TV host Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney. When asked about Kim Kardashian wedding, Seacrest did not seem too perturbed to be snubbed. ‘Here’s what I would guess. It would be one of the most amazing ceremonies that has ever been had,” Seacrest, 39, told Access Hollywood at the FOX Upfronts in NYC on May 12. ‘I think that we’ll all sort of smile and love that fact that you can see how much he adores her and she adores him.’ Kim previously discussed the ceremony on Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio back in February, saying: ‘We’re having a super, super small, intimate wedding.’
There are of course some who will have the honour of having been invited to both weddings. Close friend, tennis champ Serena Williams – who attended the 2011 wedding with her sister Venus – is on the list. While Kim Kardashian faithful best friend Brittny Gastineau will be jetting to Paris this week, to be joined by designer and New York socialite Rachel Roy. Of course, Kim’s longtime sidekick, PR Jonathan Cheban will be there Joyce Bonelli, close family friend and regular family make-up artist has already arrived with Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, and the pair have already posed for pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower. They are joined by Kim’s other make-up artist and hair stylist Rob Scheppy, who has also been busy tweeting pictures of himself in Paris, alongside Kim’s younger sister Kendall Jenner. TV presenter LaLa Anthony is also believed to be on the list – and singer Ciara, a close friend of Kim Kardashian would be attending – had she not given birth to a baby boy yesterday, celebrating his arrival with fiancé Future’.
Of course, the two guests whom everyone is waiting to see will show up are Kanye’s friends Jay Z and Beyoncé. Kim Kardashian tweeted earlier this month: ‘We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. You will see everything leading up til and after! As much as we would love to share these memories on camera, we’ve decided to keep this close to our heart & share thru photos.’ Vogue writer Andre Leon Talley has asked Valentino to host a brunch for Kim and Kanye at his elegant Château de Wideville on Friday – and will cover the event for Vogue.com. Guests will include the bridal group, among them sisters Khloé and Kourtney, mom Kris Jenner and stepfather Bruce Jenner. Following an evening event at le Palais de Versailles, guests will be flown via private jet to Florence, Italy, where the wedding will take place Saturday at Fort Belvedere. Elisa Di Lupo.
