Cindy Crawford is set to launch her fashion range exclusively at C&A.
The international supermodel has worked with some of the world’s most respected designers during her lengthy career as a top model. Cindy has now added another string to her bow by designing her fashion line.The Cindy Crawford Collection @ C&A will be sold exclusively at the German mass-market retailer from the end of August. According to media, the 31-piece casual collection will be available at 1,500 branches of the store around Europe and also through European online shopping websites.
‘I’ve always dreamed of having my own fashion line and am delighted to work with C & A on this initiative,’ Cindy said to media. ‘C & A has a long history of providing quality designs at affordable prices to its customers. For me it is important to partner with a company that provides clothes that feel good to your customers and provide them with unprecedented deals’. The collection promises to offer women day-to-day comfort as well as elegant evening options.
Cindy’s experience as a catwalk fashion icon and as a mother and businesswoman, have both played parts in influencing the collection’s designs. The supermodel says she hopes her clothes line will be versatile and easy to wear for any occasion. ‘Like many other women, I prefer to wear fashionable clothing that is comfortable,’ Cindy explained. ‘But also lets me be look great as I do the everyday tasks like taking my kids to school, attend a meeting or meet with my husband for dinner.’
