LAHORE: Ayesha Khurram launched her new winter collection at the Z-block Defence outlet of Ayesha Khurram on Thursday.
The launch was a huge success as fashion lovers stormed in to see the new collection on display. Ayesha’s theme for the new collection was inspired by Faiz Ahmad Faiz’s poetry and she used many verses from his poems in her work, along with bold colours, western cuts and more of a western look overall.
The exhibition also displayed Enn’z jewellery by Nosheen Amir and saris from famous Indian designer Satya Paul. Ayesha is a veteran designer, both well-known and accomplished in the fashion industry. She is coming out with new and unique designs and styles, proving herself to be a true trend-setter.
Ayesha commented on her collection, saying, “I am bringing more of a western style to my winter collection so that my clothes are wearable with most outfits, using a lot of bold winter colours. – Dailytimes
