Pakistan richest country in terms of resources: DG PMI

ISLAMABAD: Director General Pakistan Manpower Institute (PMI) Muhammad Azam Monday said that Pakistan the richest country of the world in terms of resources.Addressing a week long training course inaugural session on topic of “Training and Developing of Human Resources” here in Islamabad, he stressed on participants that it is need of the time to streamline the functioning different organizations with more professional way to achieve the set target of development.DG. PMI said that the objective of the week long course is to acquaint the participants with tools and techniques of socializing, orienting and developing employees.He said that around 22 officers from public and private sector organizations are participating in the course.Assistant Prof. Ayub Sheikh Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Majid, AIOU, Prof. Dr. Akhlaq Ahmed, AIOU will deliver lectures on different topics including concept, purpose and nature of socialization, concept and nature of motivation and training need assessment. – Brecorder
