KARACHI: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is dedicatedly working towards further development and prosperity of the Institute and the profession in which the support of members, students and other key stakeholders is crucial.

ICAP President Rashid Rahman Mir said a new era has dawned for the Institute where the desire to rise above and excel was predominant. He informed the members during the year the ICAP Council remained focused to bringing improvements in educational system, international collaboration and capacity building.

In this regard a detailed work plan has been chalked out by the Council to accomplish the task effectively as the initiatives involve extraordinary efforts and resources. He highlighted the contribution of the overseas members, who account for more than 23 percent of the Institute’s total membership. Dailytimes
