The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS)has invited Brig(r) Nadir Mir,an accomplished author, to attend The IISS Manama Dialogue 11th Regional Security Summit due to be held in Bahrain from 30th October to 1st November 2015.

This invitation has been extended by Sir John Jenkins Executive Director IISS-Middle East and Mr John Chipman DG IISS.
The venue of the event is Ritz Carlton Bahrain and this international summit will be attended by policy makers involved in regional security, and delegations comprising of defence ministers, foreign ministers, national security advisors, military and intelligence chiefs, strategic thinkers, geopolitical experts and others totaling 400 participants.

The IISS Manama Dialogue process is maturing into the most important regional security meeting in the Middle East and is an excellent anchor for regional security diplomacy. As for Brig(r) Nadir Mir ,he is the author of famous book “Gwadar on the Global Chessboard”. This work is on Geo Economics, which is the moving spirit of the Gwadar Project. He has also authored another book “GeoPolitik Pakistan”, that explains the concept of Global Geo Strategy. Nadir Mir leaves for Bahrain today.
