1. Zaheer Abbas
An elegant player to watch, Zaheer Abbas was the best Pakistani ODI batsman in the early days of one day cricket. He scored seven centuries in just 62 ODI matches at an impressive ODI average of 47.62. The Asian Bradman Zaheer Abbas is the only player from Asia who have scored more than 100 first class centuries.
2. Javed Miandad
Another great Pakistani batsman with impressive ODI and test batting record, Javed Miandad was rightly called ‘a man of crisis’ as he helped his team to get out of many difficult situations especially in ODI cricket. An important member of Pakistani 1992 world cup winning team, Ijaz Ahmad was a hard-hitting aggressive batsman. His 139 off 84 balls innings against India at Lahore was the highlight of his ODI career where he hit 9 massive sixes during the unbeaten match winning innings.
5. Saeed Anwar
Wonderful timer and placer of cricket ball, Saeed Anwar is one of the best ODI opening batsman world has ever seen. He held the record of the highest score (194) in ODI for many years. He was the Wisden Cricketer of the year in 1997 – the same year he established the record of highest ODI score.

6. Inzamamul Haq
Leading run scorer for Pakistan in ODI, Inzemamul Haq is one of the finest batsman Pakistan has ever produced. He was an important member of Pakistani 1992 world cup winning team where he played a crucial innings of 62 off 37 balls against New Zealand in the semi final. He once held the world record of most number of fifties (83) in ODI.
7. Shahid Afridi
One of the finest hitter of the cricket ball ever, Shahid Afridi has helped Pakistan won many matches – both with bat and ball. He holds the world records of the fastest ODI century (off 37 balls) and most number of sixes in ODI career. He is nick-named ‘Boom Boom’ due to his aggressive batting style and habit of hitting huge sixes.

An elegant player to watch, Rameez Raja was a fine opening batsman who was very strong on the on-side. He was a key batsman in 1992 world cup where he scored two centuries and famously took the catch that won world cup for Pakistan.
