Quaid trophy from October 23

LAHORE: Country’s most prestigious cricket event on domestic calendar,Quaid-e-Azam trophy first class tournament,will commence from October 23 at different centres of the country.As many as a dozen of 12 teams,last Year’s top six departmental teams and top six regional teams) are placed in Division-I and the remaining teams (7 regional and 3 departmental) are placed in Division-II.Two bottom Teams of Division I, one Departmental and one Regional will be relegated to Division II for the next season 2011-2012.Two top teams one regional and one departmental will be promoted to Division ,I from Division II for the next season.  .One bottom Team (departmental) from Division II will be relegated to Patron’s Trophy G-II for the next season.Only Division I of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy is sponsored by Faysal Bank – App
