DUBAI: Electronic retailers in Dubai will get their hands on the latest iPhone 4S today as SIASA Telecom, one of the first distributors to import the units in the UAE, confirmed the availability of the model.
“We have been inundated with orders from the GCC since the iPhone 4S was announced on October 4. We have had a hard time getting hold of stock and still have retail demands to meet before month end,” said Mohammed Sadiq, Director, SIASA Telecom.As the iPhone 4S hits markets in North America, Europe and Japan, retailers are preparing to receive hundreds of iPhone fans.The iPhone 4S has over 200 new features and comes with a dual-core processor, an 8 mega pixel camera, iOS 5 and “Siri,” a voice assistant. The retail price of the 16GB model in Dubai will range between Dh4,900 to Dh5,200. – Kahleejnews
